I wonder if Jacksonville is going to get a new coach next year.

I think this was the first year of their new owner.

I don't think he wants to see a repeat of the current record next year.

I ma sure he did not pay hundreds of millions of dollars to watch them lose.
Ya it was bad for Atlanta to. Why do you think no one is really picking them or has confidence they'll actually win it all? Including me.

LOL Bold statement my friend. With no real run game or defense (22nd in the league in both categories) it will be close for them:
CLINCHING SCENARIOS: Indianapolis clinches a playoff berth: 1) IND win; 2) IND tie + CIN loss or tie; 3) IND tie + PIT loss or tie; 4) IND tie + BAL win; 5) NYJ loss or tie + CIN loss

They seem to choke BIG time in BIG games. Like the playoffs last year vs. NYG. Ryan looked like the MVP through 8 games this year, but lately he's looked like doo doo. It's strange.

Oh I'm sorry how many times has your team made the big game of late? Get there and then appreciate how hard I this just to make it to the title contest, and once you're there it's anyone's game, and he's still won 3/5 which is pretty frikken good. Consider that last year they made it with one of the worst defenses (statistically) of all time.

Getting to the SB is a huge accomplishment alone as the competition is so fierce, the seasons so long... How can you even question that when your team has likely not made it more than a few times?

Let me know when they have and we can talk about it seriously, until then :shh:

But! I do think he was a great decision, and will quite possibly be one of the best of all time when he is done with his career.

He's a decent QB. Throws way too many interceptions though. And I get that he has a bunch of 4th quarter come backs, but that's because he gets them in that situation in the first place. I'm glad the Redskins ended up with RG3. I would much rather have RG > Luck... although who knows how long he will be in the game with all the punishment he takes during the games.

He's in those situations more because of our lacking defense.

O no way, I'd rather have Luck by far. RG3 is great, but he doesn't have the intelligence that Luck does and Luck is less likely to be injured IMO.

Or he could be in those situations because his defense is being forced to stay on the field... really 18 INT's? But I do agree, RG3 is more likely to get injured

Stats:
RG3: 66.4 CMP%; 2,902 Passing Yards; 18 Passing TDs; 4 INTs; 11 Fumbles; 748 Rushing Yards; 6 Rushing TDs; 104.2 Rating

Luck: 54.9 CMP%; 3,792 Passing Yards; 18 Passing TDs; 18 INTs; 10 Fumbles; 223 Rushing Yards; 5 Rushing TDs; 74.5 Rating

The truth is.... They are COMPLETELY different QBs with two COMPLETELY different teams lol.

But then again, when the Colts chose Manning over Leaf in whatever year draft that was, I was wrong then because I wanted Leaf over Manning So maybe I just suck at this haha.

It's going to be Denver or NE in the superbowl, whoever gets home field advantage will go to the SB. AFC is going to win the SB this year. Bronco's will probably win all 3 games, they have the beat up Ravens, Browns, and Chiefs left. Pats has 49ers, Jags, and Dolphins. If Pats lose one, which doesn't seem likely at this point. Looks like the Pats are the favorites to win it all. Bronco's is definitely a better team now then they were their first 5 weeks when Peyton was throwing wobblers and the receivers weren't at the right place.

I give mad props to the Giants and used to root for them in the 80s in the playoffs as my closest "f all other AFC teams" pick. Coughlin was a great coach at BC (dad's alma mater) and they have a lot of former BC kids (Kiwanuka, Herzlich, Cherlius, etc.) as well as V Cruz the pride of UMAss, lol. They have exactly the kind if team that can beat the Pats, or rather had the team. Run the ball keep Brady off the field, make him get rid if it fast with great pressure and beat the dink and dunk with vicious hits and tight coverage. My hat is off to them, Eli proved last year that he is the real deal, so, no arguments here. However, given the fact that you haven't been there as often, I'm surprised you won't concede that merely making it is an accomplishment alone. Pats being there 5/10 years is pretty frikken good.
