You got that right!

Not at the moment, and unfortunately I don't know if a video would really show any accurate evidence, being its on a smith machine, and I can essentially place my feet anywhere and not have to worry about balancing the weight. But if I do get the chance, I'll be sure to post up a vid.

I need to post one up myself, but I am waiting for one of those "Hell yeah!" moments in order to make it worth it.

todays workout. oi think working at the tree lot all weekend takes so much oxygen out of you it was really hard to get going today.or it was just a really hard workout.

density: 3 rounds:

front squats: 135x20
DB plank rows: 110x10/arm
DB RDL: 110x10/leg
toes to bar: x10 with a pause at the top
squat jumps with resistance bands: x20
TRX handstand pushups: x10

pretty good workout.hopefully doing something heavy tomorrow.

Went and started squat cleans at the gym. Fell twice. All the bars are bent and tumble from all the fvcking idiots who put 700lbs on the bar and shrug it then slam it down. Somethin is wrong with my hand too. Pretty sharp pain I'm gonna get some X-rays now

Sucks to hear man. FWIW, I practiced squat cleans for a few reps a couple of weeks ago - with just the bar and some 25's - and I nearly ate it a few times myself. At that point I felt embarassed so I just called it a day. Finding the balance for that movement is a b|tch & a half. I hope your hand is alright man. Injuries blow!

The rails are only an inch wide and pretty thin. You can clearly see the bar bend when they drop it. There are racks that were made to be dropped on and other safety racks in case people fail. They load up the bar and drop it on the safety rAck

Pretty common with baseball players to break their hamate bone. It's deep in my palm closer to my thumb. Shoots to the other side. Feels pretty bad when I grip. Well see

I wasn't going very heavy with the squat cleans either I think I was at 215. But everytime I would clean it up it would pop out from my hand. So annoying

I did some low weight exercises focused on form. Front squats, stretching out my wrists with band's - also standing with weight on the bar. Got a good hurting from them in my wrists. Then did some stability squats on the half ball.

And of course calves

solly i made a clean video that might help you out. its not letting me upload it.ill try again in a few

hand still feels sore. gonna go on a run then make some dinner. practiced my deadlifts with 225, but i was still doin them a little funny. felt too light to even do anything with. i think its because i always used the hex deadlift bar. gonna talk to my weight coach about it. i think i might just need to squeeze the glutes more and not stand up so quick

here you go solly. I would pause the video on parts you think youre struggling with, and see where my body is compared to yours. I usually have a hitch when i rock back just kind of for timing, but i bend pretty far forward and then explode my hips through. really want to focus the hip movement and pulling all the way up until you are on your toes.

pun intended with the song
