Looking to purchase 06 M3 ZCP

Hello, I am in active pursuit for a 2006 E46 M3 ZCP. Will pay Kelley Blue Book Private Party value for the right car. Could make a purchase within 7 days. Following are my preferences

Preferred Tranny: Manual (STICK)
Colors: 1) Interlagos Blue Metallic 2)Silver 3)Black 4)Grey

Mileage preferably not more that 70K Miles.

Location: I am flexible, for the right car and package could fly to buyers location.

Condition: Should be great, would prefer all service records, for one which is missing the service records, I'd like to have a PPI from the dealer at my own expense

Payment wise: I will present Cashier check from a major bank, I will not lowball, would want a price, which is attractive to both seller and me, I think KBB Private should be a good starting point
