Got to drive my baby after 4 days... God it felt great.
I never realized how low to the ground, and how responsive this thing is until I didn't drive it for nearly a week. |

Seat
Picked up my original (12 years) leather seat covers from the upholster who re-stitched the seams and you can't even tell where she fixed them. Hope to reinstall them tonight and get the seat warmers fixed. Then off to Florida for a 2,600 mile road trip for the holidays.

Did a brake fluid swap with my new Motive Power Bleeder and ATE Super Blue Racing fluid. It was super easy and fast. I just hooked up the bleeder and then went around the car with my jack and a wrench. The back right (the one that uses the most fluid) took about 30-60 seconds to get to the new fluid. I was bleeding my brakes while the coolant cooled off cause I was gonna replace my thermostat, but it rained before I even finished my brakes...started pouring just after I got all my tools back in the trunk.

I am going to take one for the team and try a sketchy product on my car
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ls_o00_s00_i01 I have a good ding on metal above the driver's door that I'm going to try this on. I also have a smaller one on the body line on the hood. You'll see a review from me next week. Hopefully I'll remember to do before and after. |
