Exclamation 2004 330xi Vibration Issue HELP!

So I bought this 2004 330xi and it has a nasty vibration upon acceleration and then goes away pretty much except a little at higher speeds. Tires and wheels have been balanced, front driver CV axle was replaced due to torn boot, and drivshaft and U-joints have been checked. No check engine lights on and I don't think it's the motor mounts because it doesn't shake in neutral. ANY IDEAS?! Please and Thank you.

Search the forum. You may need to other front axle replaced, motor mounts and trans mounts may also need to be replaced?

Although I do not expect this to be a problem on the Xi as they usually do not have the ultra light weight wheels and low profile tires, but many tire shops cannot really identify bad tires or more often the case bent wheels.

Even with road force balancing a bent wheel can balance out on the road force balancer but still have vibrations due to wobble and out of roundness either with the tire or a bent wheel. But wheel and tire problems usually happen above 50 MPH and not impacted by acceleration.

So, it only vibrates on acceleration? It goes away when the throttle is released?
If you were going 50 mph and hit the gas would you feel it? If you were coasting at 50 mph?
The frequency of the vibration? Does it seem wheel speed related? A much faster frequency might point to driveshaft.
Really hard to tell from here...... LOL.

It vibrates vigorously when i'm on the gas. shake is hardly noticeable, maybe even non-apparent when coasting at high speeds. Mechanic who has been looking said they checked the driveshaft, took off the exhaust and everything.

Likely one of the front driveshafts from everything I have always seen with the Xi.

Suggest you search the forum here closely and also the Xi section.

Was the vibration present before the first driveshaft was replaced.

Driveshaft or engine mounts would be my guess.
