Allow me to explain.
George Bush was a horrible president BECAUSE he was a delicious mixture of iced tea and lemonade.
Beverages should not run for president, and I cried the day they gave drinks that right.
But I digress, and George Bush is pretty fvcking delicious for the price, and there seems to be an endless supply of him in existence, so while I respect that you don't enjoy drinking George Bush, I stand by my opinion.

tl;dr: Bush is a beverage. A tasty, tasty beverage.

Yeah, nothing besides win reelection. Instead of complaining about why he lost, name someone you believe who should have won?

It’s hard to argue with the selection of President Obama as TIME Magazine’s Person of the Year. It’s unobjectionable. It’s safe. It’s the TIME Person of the Year equivalent of taking your cousin to the prom.

That is what makes the selection a bit of a let-down. We are used to such long arguments about this. President Obama has already been awarded the honor in the past four years. As a double-dipper, Obama joins the ranks of such luminaries as George W. Bush, Richard Nixon and Josef Stalin. He’s undeniably in the nation’s mind, fresh off a strenuous campaign for reelection, but — what happened to TIME’s “You” and “Whistleblowers” guy? He had a certain flair that is missing from this selection. This is the kind of person-of-the-year selection at which you nod, blandly, and go about your day.

They had no other choice, as they knew Griffin would have turned down the honor

Maybe they just wanted to get to xmas break early and not think about it? Who knows?

His behavior with the cliff is appalling. No compromise in his camp. Penalize those who succeeded to support those who didn't make an effort. No logic anymore.

He's a great choice.

He defeated Mitt Romney, Rupert Murdoch, Karl Rove, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sheldon Adelson, American Crossroads, the republican party, Boner, Mitch MConnell, and millions of other idiots to win re-election.

Not to mention hundreds of billions dollars.

That's one hell if an accomplishment.
