Sumo deads were more hip flexors. They were seriously awful. Probably the hardest in the whole workout

Just threw a bunch of sheit together cause I have stuff to do all weekend so I did legs n shoulders.
Front squat 5x5 Superset Arnold press 3x8 Leg press 3x8 Superset with hang cleans 5x5 Leg extension 3x10 Superset bb shrug 3x10 Bike 20 minutes on hill setting. That BLEW up my legs lol, talk about a pump!!! Weird workout |

ughhhh
-3x5 Front Squats -3x5 Pause Back Squats -Attempt my Sept 2013 goal of a 300lb back squat (I'm expecting to fail but just want to get a feel for the weight) Hopefully I don't i injure myself. -3x5 Bench Press -5 rounds 8 30lb Dumbbell Thrusters 10 Ring Push Ups fuucking scared of that weight. I always feel like I am ok to pump out at least one heavy rep after my leg workout. If they were higher rep sets I'd be more fatigued. I still may just do a set or two of the pause back squats then jump in.

decent workout today.
started with: power snatch: 155LB: 5x5 superset 20LB wall balls: 21-15-9-6-3 tried to establish a 3 rep max for backsquats, though i didnt get there i had a good workout. inbetween each set (after 265) i did 10 burpees 265-295-315-335-355-365-375 my backsquat is pretty weak compared to my front squat as i dont back squat as much. mixed in some bench.sets of 2. dont forget, i really NEVER bench. haha 155-195-215-225-235-245-255 (PR i guess)

When I go below parallel on a front squat, it feels like its a good thing to do (stretch/pain wise). I feel the exact opposite on a back squat, just feels wrong to me.

Skipped tonight's workout. Got a bad case of the sh1ts right when I got home and didn't want to risk it. Today's workout moved to tomorrow and tomorrow's to Saturday.
