Echoes of that same "47%" ideology that played such a large part in the GOPs dismal 2012 election results. Doesn't seem logical to stick with such a loosing formulation, anymore.

Re: Obama's MOTY choice -- kind of a safe one, though he and the party he led did succeed rather well in an election that, by many historical standards, he shouldn't have, a fairly substantial vindication of his policies and leadership.

Perhaps in some ways, it was the inverse that was also true, i.e., it wasn't simply the positive aspects of Obama and his/Dem policies but rather the utter dreadfullness of the GOP and its policies and candidates that allowed Obama to win reelection.

I don't recall if Time has a Chump(s) of the Year.

In a perfect world they only kill the bad guys. Arguably, that in and of itself is a subjective practice (i.e., classifying someone a "bad guy"). Given that we do not live in a perfect world and the nature of deeming a person a "bad guy" leads to the inevitable collateral damage, the worst of which is the death of innocent people, it's difficult to say who actually receives the blame.

Well then technically hitler didn't PHYSICALLY build the chambers himself... Just like Obama didnt physically build the drone... The similarity (my parallel that "lacks merit") is they both ORDERED the strike/gassing.

They both gave an order. One was to round up millions of Jews and kill them. The other was to press "fire" on a baddie where some innocent people were killed unintentionally.

Lol okay okay, they aren't the same. Obviously. But the comment I originally was commenting on was the "when did Obama get his drone license"... I'm saying just because he didn't physically kill those people, he still should be held responsible for making that poor decision.
