I did not say I dont believe in wearing a suit, and I think it is absolutely required for a professional interview in most cases. I dont own a suit, but I will if I ever need it for an interview.

I agree a suit is never a bad way to go however sometimes a button down, khakis and a jacket is plenty fine for many starting positions.....anything other than that suit...

If you want to be taken seriously, a suit is mandatory.
