No masturbation New years resolution for 1 year, any risks to worry about? (NWS)
So, I'm planning on completely giving up masturbation for an entire year for my new years resolution. It should help keep my mind clear, keep me focused and motivated with my goals.
I currently spank it from 1-2 times a week, to 1-2 times a month. So although I'm not going crazy with it, it'll definitely be an adjustment. It'll also help greatly with self control. I've given up soda for an entire year before... 3 times. I'm 21 and single. I get with a girl between 1-2 times a month, to once every other month. Looking for your input to if this could actually do something bad, or things I'm also not considering.
