that's not a bad hang clean.

My 4/5 times weekly office workout


Curls using the braided band.
Pull downs on the doorway with the band.
Abs use my office chair and do 30 sec leg lifts.
Squats body weight to chair.
Push-ups 4 varieties.
FA- stress ball squeezes.
Pull ups on the bar in my office closet.

Are you including the weight of the machine in your leg press figure? At my gym the machine weighs 118 lbs., so I add that to the amount of weight that I'm pressing.

8:30 AM 18 DEGREE WEATHER WORKOUT.

had shiet to do so i did it in my backyard. 10-1 countdown

Deadlifts: 335LB with 60-100LB band
Wall Balls: 29LB
Burpees

then i did 50 hang cleans with 135LB

i live in a valley 50 miles north of LA. it tends to get a lot colder here at night. like 20-25 degrees. during the day it evens out

I have had a pair for almost a year now. They are amazing. Put the old lifting shoes I had (vs athletics) to shame. They aren't cheap, but they are really nice. Still look like the day I bought them. Heel might be a little high for some people, but I think it's perfect.
