Go to yourbrainon ******com, it has a lot of info on why pr0n is bad for males from an evolutionairy standpoint.
The misconception people have is that the physical act of fapping is what is bad. This is not true. It is more about the nature and delivery of the digital pr0n that is so readily available in todays electronic world. Back when I was young pr0n was a dusty VHS some kid in middleschool stole from his parents. Everyone huddled around it in awe. Nowadays these same aged kids 11-14 all have their own 4G smartphones, usually with no form of search filtering at all. Free tube sites like youjizz and xvids are a very new concept with the square video screenshots. It conditions a person to become accustomed to digital 2D arousal (ie a computer screen) over the real thing (women IRL). If one faps, they should do so with the thought of real women in their life that they find arousing over imaginary 2D women that set your brain and body's wiring up to unrealistic and intangible expectations. There is a lot im leaving out that the site would explain better. TL;DR your brain wasn't evolutionarily configured for digital pr0n. It is bad for your dopamine delivery among other important physiological functions.
