Nt05 or invo

Trying to decide which nitto to get. Nt05 or the Invo.
The car will be very low miles, currently stock,
Sizes I want are 245/35-19 275/30-19
I will probably not drive that much in the rain.
All four from eBay shipped run from $976 nt05. And $998 invo
Any advice would be appreciated.

are they going to be used for track/auto-x or just street driving?

I would say neither as they aren't very good.

Well my autox and track days are over for now, buts I have canyon driving I would be doing. I want an ultra high performance tire. 200 or less Tread wear.

And that's one vote neither

Invo then, they are relatively quiet and give a good ride for a UHP Tire.


If your interested in other tires. Look at Falken Fk452 / Hankook Ventus V12 Evo. Both are fantastic and better than the Nitto's in my opinion.

The fk452 is not a uhp though, right?

I also checked out the re7690

i had a friend with the 760's on his Audi, we both hated them. After 5000 miles the noise was unbearable.

Sounds like the fakens are noisy aswell. Hankooks seeme to be better.
But I kind of want an autox type tire since I will only be driving it on Weekends

i have the falkens, and haven't had any noise problems with them yet. If your looking for a grippy auto-x type tire, they're all going to be on the noisy side.

I did some canyon driving today. I might want to do some track days. I have buttonwillow and willow springs close by.
So for the price I'm now thinking nt05 might be the best choice.

I'm currently using FK452s, and had a set of Hankook Ventus V12s before, and I prefer the Hankooks to the Falkens in terms of noise and grip. The FK452 is a pretty affordable option which is nice, however they get noisy and they also tramline really badly once you wear them down a bit. The problem with the Hankooks is that the sidewalls are like jello, so ultimately if you are looking for stiffer sidewalls that's not the way to go.
