Head light angle eye rings acting up

I tried browsing around before making this thread. I have a '00 323i 4dr and I noticed last night that both angle eye rings won't turn off when car is parked, all lights completely turned off with no key in the ignition. I tried unplugging the battery multiple times and the problem still keeps happening. I just noticed passenger turn signal bulb is out and I'm not sure if a dead bulb could be my problem. I’ll replace that bulb coming this Wednesday. Anyways I'm surprised that my battery still holds up and now I just unplugged the battery until I find out my problem. Ohhh, not to mention over here we’ve been having a lot of RAIN and I’m not sure if these huge puddles I came across on the hwy or in town that could of caused my problem.

Are BOTH rings out on the side where the turn signal bulb is out? Is one out on the pass side and one on the drivers? Do you have led or CCFL angel eyes? Did you check the wiring? What are the trigger wires connected to?
