No lights in stereo and HVAC unit buttons

Hey everyone, I was a little unsure if to post this in the general e46 forum or here, so if I'm wrong, sorry .
First of all, I did a few searches on the forum but couldn't find a thread with my problem so I decided to make one.
Basically my problem is, that i don't see sh*t inside the car during night time. I bought the car in the summer last year, so being light outside the whole day (I live in Sweden) didn't really notice this problem. But now in the winter it's kind of pitch black the whole day so changing settings on the stereo or AC is turning out to be quite a hassle.

I made a few pictures also so you can get an ideea of what's happening:

So everything else that should is lighting up (i think), dashboard and steering wheel buttons, just not the stereo, HVAC unit buttons and the unit under with the seat heatings and such. The only things lighting up is the display and if the button is pressed i get the ON lights, as you can see in the picture.
Took a look on the fuse diagram and the only ones that made sense looking into were the Instrument Cluster fuses, but they were totally okay, so I'm confused as hell why it's like this, if anyone knows a solution would be awesome._a_

Damn, that's something new to me. Only thing I can think of is a wire that powers that panel has failed.

Well that seems logically, I thought about that also but the problem is they are 3 different panels, don't they have different power cables? Or maybe all of them get powered from the same source, problem is I don't know where to look..
