It's a shame that his cosmetic parts fit more flush than most of the $400+ M3/CSL reps that we see on here.

I agree with the others - pass on the caps. However, I also agree with your perspective on ///M parts. As long as you aren't rebadging as a ///M3 or whatnot, go ahead and use whatever //M parts you like. My ZHP has ///M emblems from the factory as do many other BMWs.
