Yeah they are expensive as hell, but considering that I wear them every day and they will probably last for 10 years, I'd gladly pay double that. They really are amazing.

From what I have read, they are one of the most difficult shoes to make, and they are well made. Mine won't be here till early January. They are backordered.

Still not sure what color though. I can go with the white or the all black or the volt. I think I'm gonna do all black.

3x5 Squat Cleans (Need practice on these) Not sure what weight I'll do
3x8 Chin ups

5 Rounds
6 115lb Hang Squat Cleans
12 53lb Kettlebell Swings (American)
12 20" Box jumps

3x10 Toes to Bar
3x10 Weighted Roman Chair Sit Ups

Snowed in today.

100 x 25# curls per arm
100 push ups.
100 crunches with 25#
100 tri
100 25# squats
100 kb type swings with 25#

Then: workout on Nike + training xbox360 game. Kicked my ass for 33 minutes.

Break


Now run 3 miles. 3 sets hspu. 3 sets leg lifts 30 seconds. 100 dips.

You're a great inspiration for those guys that want a good workout at home. You've shown some awesome results too.

Yeah I can't get my friends either. I got one to get started and he is getting hooked. He was 272 and now 249 in about two mos. He is 6 4 though.

Then did a quick metabolic circuit. 4 rounds

Trx plyo push-ups x15 (feet in the trx)
Box jumps x20
Toes to bar x15
Trx push-ups (hands in the trx)

I know what you meant, I will do some pike saws or bridge work, but nothing that actually targets the abs.

This passed week I have been doing 100 pushups and situps before bed, though.

2.2 mile run added to today's workout. It's about 41 degrees here, thank god i got some compression pants for Christmas. Did it in 16-17 minutes, which is not bad for being out of shape; For me at least, haha

Getting close to that 300 lb. front squat. I am feeling accomplished! My legs are changing too, so I'm extremely excited about that.

....and I just downed two bottles of Cookies & Cream milk. I need to get this sh|t in bulk.
