Engine Coolant - Loss
Hi Guys,
My ride was losing engine coolant for ages, noticed a small weep coming from the (plastic) radiator housing on the RHS looking from the front – tried additives but only temp fixes.  Gradually got worse, so for reliability sake I decided to get it fixed: $590 new radiator $70 anti freeze/boil Plus 2 hours labour Not too much damage there.  It turned out that the thermostat had pretty much disintegrated too, $265 for a replacement – now that hurt!  |
