Hopefully you did it but if not just think of how good it feels when you drop your pants in front of a girl and she says "wow you have nice legs". Ask me how I know brosef hahah. I share them because for me it helps. There's nothing I hate more than people who talk about what they are going to do and never do it.

Which just happens to be the majority of people. If I was given a nickel for every verbal utterance about losing weight, eating right, doing this or doing that, I'd be rich. I respect people who "do".....rarely do I listen to words. I tell people who continue to utter fitness based goals that fitness is a lifestyle; it isn't a hobby. Most of us are in the gym 3/4's of the year.

I agree with that although I do refer to it as my hobby these days because I am truly interested in it.

Agreed, it's a pretty sweet feeling.

I saw a commercial the other day with a guy mountain biking/hiking, and jesus did his legs look good. Definitely motivation for me to step it up a little

this is pretty motivating in general, not just for bodybuilding.

Took last week off due to being sick/holiday. Need some motivation today, gotta get pumped up before working at the bar tonight!
