I use lorenzo's fast flow in Hulmville pa. 215-750-8324 They have built a bunch of bmw motors for the different SCCA race cars. They have done extensive bench flow testing and really know how to port these heads right. I did the money shift and bent all the exhaust valves in my 323ci and I had them port the heads while replacing the valves and my bill was under 1000. they say that the job was similar to VAC's stage 3 heads. i am putting my car back together this month and I will test it on my dyno but they think that i should pick up 40+ whp or more. VAC are overpriced for what they do. They do good work but you are paying bmw tax times 2.
