Drivers side mirror

Anyone have a DIY to replace the drivers side mirror and know a decent place to buy one for less than the $135 the dealer quoted me? Anything will help, looking to purchase today.

The mirror itself just pops out. See this video on how to do it. Note, the mirrors come heated and unheated.

I installed one of the euro right hand mirrors on the drivers side, to give better side visibiity. The mirrors are rectangular, so they can be swapped side-to-side. They run around $80 at discounting BMW sponsors or $82 ECSTuning.

I still have my drivers side mirror that I'd sell, if interested PM me.
