My angel eye make is weischlict, they are fantastic and will run you about fifty bucks and up. I have had mine for over 3 years running on the ignition so they are constantly on. They still run amazing. __________________ I beleive they sell the gold illuminated rings, I may be wrong.

None of the current LED AE's are going to resemble your old CCFL's. While the new sets are safer, they are horribly bright, and look.....well....stupid.
When I see the newer LED sets on an E46 around town, it just reminds me of a tacky add-on I'd see on a Civic. Too bright. Just a blob of light.... |

Many compliments and most wondered how I got such white lights that were not blinding bright.

No and yes, they do remotely unlock/lock. There are cables included, one for ignition (the wire has easy clamps that clamp onto and through the ignition wire sheathing) and one to wire to the interior lights that allow for the unlock/lock remote effect you are looking for.

maybe check out EAS Aurora's. I dont have a set, but to me, they seem less bright, and more OEM looking. They are a bit expensive though.

Hmmm. Never heard of this, if there is a black plastic access latch beneath your glove compartment, in place of a foot well light, you can check behind it for a green wire which is what you will need to tap into it.

You might have to run it from your hood through the quarter panel seem into your door and up into your glove box. Is there a green and brown striped wire?
