Service Engine light on
Went to dealer and he diagnosed it as issues with thermostat being open and intake hose leak. I already replaced thermostat based on DIY here, apart from a few hiccups everything went well. I am not sure what the intake hose is does anyone know?. Its not CCV because that was also there in his list of things to repair later but not critical for the issue at hand. He quoted $150 to fix that so i am sure the part costs like $20 but am not sure what part he is talking about as i don't see ant visible leaks anywhere.
By the way the engine code is P1074(system too lean) |
