No E46 ever came with these things stock, so IMO they look sort of outta place on these cars. Especially the newer kits being so bright. I had them on my old 325i back in 2004ish...they were unique back then, nobody had them, and the CCFL rings were noticeable but not too bright. The kits today just looks ridiculous. Again, IMO.... We have an update for you guys.
We now have an almost unlimited option list for you to order angel eyes. All are LED based. 1) Orion Lite = basic kit, generic, decent light output, great cost $70 2) Orion Lite X120 = basic kit, generic, decent light output, great cost $140 - and 120 LED so there is NO DOTTING at all. 3) Orion V2 = $160 the most indestructible and brightest value based kit on the market. 5 years+ now and a failure rate in the .000001% - basically less than a small handful of rings over 5 years and some control boxes. you will never have failures with this kit. 4) Orion V4 = same as the V2 reliability, but $269 due to the 2X amount of LED and the single brightest kit on the market with night control feature and 120 LED per ring.

I was thinking of getting the v2's for my 01 330ci. Are they really bright and annoying as you guys are saying? Should i consider something else?

No, maybe if you are use to the oem loo and wana keep that way than maybe they can be considered a bit too bright but in a big fan of brightness! I just received mine, did the wiring as clean as I could and waiting for Saturday to bake my headlights.

Lifetime covers rings and ballasts - not accidents, but basic failure of any kind.
no more pics at this time.
