Off my 323ci. Not sure the other applications but you can check their website out. Had it on the car for about 4 years, decided to go back to stock airbox because I might sell soon.

Comes with:
Filter (replaced in Feb 2012)
inlet tube
Bracket support
(3) clamps
Silicon connection hose
Fiberglass heat shield
*I am throwing in the K&N Recharge kit in for free

Normally $299 new from ECIS

Asking $150 picked up

Pic of the fresh filter in Feb, its not blue anymore though
