Wiper Blades
In need of some help from the fellow fanatics, made the stupid decision to buy cheap blades and within 2 months they need to be replaced.
Can someone recommend me some good wiper blades?

This.
Just make sure you buy RHD ones. I accidentally bought LHD ones from the states not realising there was a difference. They are shaped so wind pushes them towards the windscreen. My LHD ones worked fine until a mate with a keen eye pointed it out to me and reminded me every time he saw my car! |

I just got a pair of evo blades from Brighton BMW paid $130 but they look very swish! They just need a minor adjustment (clip removed if fitting them to wipers that previously had older blades in them). Main reason i like them is no more sharp metal ends which scratched my windscreen on the old ones.

Do you remember what the dealer charges? I hate putting money into wiper blades because in Florida, they last about 6 months before the sun kills them. I think I would rather put cheap ones on and replace them every 4 months....

I bought Bosch Aerotwin AR728S, they fit good. Just get them from UK ebay for the RHD version. Costs about 27 pounds shipped.

You 100% on this? When I search that on eBay it says they're for a Corolla. Not doubting you just wanted to double check, when I search for E46 M3 it's around $50AUD shipped.

BMW Purists look away....
Some "adjustment" to the factory wiper frame and now the standard auto parts store $5 blade fits and works perfectly. I'm not always a cheap bastard but some things I just can't justify spending more "just because it's for a BMW" |
