Error code P1349 help

yesterday while I driving my 01' 325i, It started to idle rough at low speed. drive 5 min home slowly(closed to home) Pulled the code. It said P1349. After research, Missfire on cylinder 4. first thing I tried, I pulled cylinder 4 ignition coil and swaped it with cylinder 2's. Cleared the code and started the car. Still running rough and check engine light on again. Pulled the code. This time is P1345 only. (cylinder 2 missfire)

I said to myself that i am lucky. So tried to shop for replacement coil. This morning, I decided to moved the car across the street because it will be street cleaning on monday morning. Started the car, It ran so rough that it die on me a few times. After parked the car, tried to pull the code and to my surprise, I have three codes now.....p1345, p1349, and p1352. Which mean clyinder 2,4 and 6 missfire now....

What do you guys sugeest?

Just pulled DISA out. It looks very good.

What should I look into? Just got the car few hundred miles with 188k miles
No maintenance record.

DISA visual inspection is not enough.

You will likely need a DISA O-ring, but you should read the first link below in my signature.

If you only have misfires at cold start or at idle, not likely you have serious secondary ignition problems, likely lean air/fuel mixture issues.

That being said, no substitute for fresh plugs and coil boots to start out with, then move on to the simple broken plastic and rotten rubber parts.

The Disa flapper moves nicely with no play. The end pin also nice and tight. It really does not look like a 188k miles DISA. Anyway, I order a new O ring to try since it is cheap and the Disa is already out. Will let you know how it turns out. Also ordered a spare coil just in case as well/

CCV lower oil return line, lower intake boot.

If the misfires are only at idle or start up, then likely air/fuel problem related to vacuum leaks or fuel supply.

If the misfires are only under load while driving, likely secondary ignition.

As for the DISA, how is the vacuum diaphragm?
