In my opinion gentlemen, just get a refund. OP was nice enough to give me a refund and I found another seller with a better deal and less hassle.

At least have the decency to format the "call out" post so people can at least follow what's being said.

Bottom line is you said you shipped it out. You just did at 3:06 today. So say what you want. Making excuses and claiming you already dropped it off. And trying to make me feel guilty cause you underestimated the shipping. Your problem not mine. I dont like being lied to.

Thanks for finally shipping it. Good damn luck to you.

IM requesting a refund. I've paid for items 2-3 weeks ago and now i can't get anything back from this guy. No response other then ill ship it tomorrow thats what i kept hearing and now no response period now that he has the money. IM tired of the hassle and not knowing if the parts i paid for even exist.

Did you have to push it to a claim or did it get resolved as a dispute?

Lol great first experience on a BMW forum. I went ahead and filed a dispute. I'm sure if people were in this thread wanting to buy more parts he would respond.

I got my diff last week but the packaging was a joke. The original box he put it in fell apart so when I picked it up is was in a green plastic bag and in a half milk carton piece of plastic. I have yet to see if it works yet. I put it on this weekend so ill keep ya posted. Guys a flake. Good luck to anyone who can get a refund. And I would stay the hell away from this guy. He will surely change profile names and sell again. Its that easy.

i bought m3 mirrors from him and a complete rear end of a m3. over a grand i paid and its been two weeks wont answer my texts or calls. I gave him till friday before i file a dispute. Its ridiculous i have been waiting on these parts for WEEKS!! Before when he would respond he came up with bs excuses as to why he couldnt deliver them or ship them.
