Lived in two Asian countries...

- China: Lots of bad, crazy driving, lots of accidents in the year I was there.

- Philippines: Lots of aggressive, crazy driving, NO accidents that I saw in the two years I was there. Seriously I didn't see one.

I think for at least these two countries, China only recently has had a large driving public, and still learning. In the Philippines, they have had a large driving public for many decades. Which show in the accidents, or lack there of.

As for Russia, I lived in St Petersburg for 7 months, it's the alchohol and just the strong overall character of Russians. It leads to bad decisions, especially behind the wheel.

I work in Sorrento Valley, and go to lunch past Mira Mesa Highschool, it's a picnic compared to what I've seen.

The worst driving I've seen in the US, it's got to be Florida, probably Miami.
