I agree. It's like a whole different food. Like pizza hut next to NY style pizza. Both are good but they are very different.

Around here in New England and especially Boston, Chipotle is the best of the chain choices. Boloco, Qdoba and all the other tanquerias are either lacking quality and fade or over priced. Chipotle is about $6-7 for anything on the menu... Better than over $20 for two people at most other places. Barbacoa fajita burritos from Chipotle are my favorite there.

Problem with that is that the only one who goes in the kitchen in my house is the fiance (as it should be) and she doesn't like mexican.
