how to tell if this is legit??

I was on the f10 forum looking for an m5 exhaust for my 550 when I get an email from a guy that has one for sale. Only thing is, is that he's from Poland and his price is around 100-150 cheaper than what people in the states want for the mufflers which makes me nervous. Once we came to the agreement he sends me this link to make the payment: http://www.ajp-automotive.pl/shop.html

He's pretty responsive and seems legit but the fact that he's overseas makes me feel a little uneasy. Anyway to verify to see if the site is legit or not?

Why not get an aftermarket m5 exhaust. Akrapovic makes great products. Light as hell too.

the 550 has aftermarket exahusts but they all have drone issues. some of the 550 guys made custom exhausts using the m5 mufflers and custom x-pipe back. problem is trying to get a hold of one being the car is so new.

seems like shipping would negate any savings, so why not buy with peace of mind from a domestic seller through a reliable method of payment.

that includes the shipping. I would love to get one domestic even if i had to pay more. problem is those exhaust are hard to come by. This is the only reason I'm considering this guys offer.

i was asking my cousing back in poland to look up some OEM or brabus parts for my ml and they were significantly cheaper there.

might be legit.

could be the case. can you ask your cousin if he's heard of payu? Thats the site it leads me to, to make the payment. not sure if this is like the european paypal.

Payu is legit, its used on a big polish auction site allegro.pl. But I wouldn't do a bank transfer, only credit card if possible.

same drone issue. only way to not have drone but still have a nice sound from the exhaust is to go m6 or m5 stock exhaust. couple that with an xpipe and secondary cat delete and it would be perfect for me. not too loud and not too quiet with no drone
