very true. this place was worht 300k at the height of the market.
I figure if I can hold on to it for a few years and sell it around 200k I did good.

Do you mostly turn your investment properties into rentals or do you fix them and flip them?

i rent them and sell when the time is right.

I can rent this one out for around 1200-1300 a month.

try for sfr as they sell better, but I do own 2 attacehed townhouses.

both of my townhouses are bigger and nicer then this house. but the town homes are worth less. this house is on a little over an 1/8 of an acre.
