Xbox game had me do lunges 1.5. All the way down half way back up down again then explode up. I am sooooooo sore.

doing this tonight with the lady friend. She wants a hard workout and isn't worried about being sore. I told her she'll have to go really easy so I'll have her do a very light version of all this stuff.

Did a nike plus Xbox 360 cardio workout. Killed.
Then ran 3 miles. I get off the treadmill and my 6 year old son says "do 2 more. Push harder!" 2 more miles to go. Love it!

Finally bought pre workout again (haven't used it in a few weeks) and romaleos will be here Friday. Deadlift pr Saturday maybe?

Squatted on friday, but struggled with my regular weight and barely got 3-4 reps. I blame it on not eating much and/or starting to run again earlier in the week.
Anyhow, I was really sore on saturday which was a surprise as that rarely happens plus I did a lighter weight. |

Do you see those couples at the gym who do the exact same exercises and workout.
It's cool if the girl I'm dating workouts, but having her follow me around the gym the whole time......I couldn't do it. |

Only works if she's much more muscular. I've dated several girls who'd work out with me, but if she ever says something like "I just want to get toned," she'll need to go play on the treadmill.

Finally got my pre workout back after a couple months without it. Great workout today.
5 rounds Back squats: 315lb: x6 Weighted wide grip pull-ups: 55LB: x6 5 rounds Hang cleans: 205Lb: x6 Resistance band KB swings: 35lb kb and 30-70lb band: x20

I wish I had my own rower to try this. My gym one is far away from the free weights. Looks like a good workout!

^So for those nikes, are you going to change shoes and stuff when you do a "crossfit" type of workout?
Considering some adidas powerlifts since they're cheap, but don't want to lug other shoes to the gym if I want to run after or play some ball. |
