Saw that on the news. Amtrak got billions as well as other bogus organizations and Obama wants to borrow more money.

Listen, I live at Sandy ground zero. The place was pretty much a war zone the next day. If you want to have a bill to help us (not sure why the federal government has authority to, but that's a different discussion) then have a bill to help us. Don't label a bill "money for children with cancer" and then throw 1,000 other things in there and then yell at someone for voting against it. OMG THIS GUY DENIED CHILDREN WITH CANCER!!!!!

So sick of this crap, they all need to eff themselves.

Sorry about that, guess that wasn't needed. But I think I made my point - there are people displaced, buildings and property damaged and general lack of normalcy post-Sandy. I'm upset that the last Congress deemed it unnecessary to act in a timely manner and there are people on here like you who don't seem to understand the gravity of the situation.

Why are you surprised that a politician is acting like a politician? Take your pick, none of them are "responsible" in the way that any of us would reasonably define the word. You're picking him out because you likely sit on the other side of the ideological aisle. Washington is full of tards, so the issue is far bigger than just this Boner

So the GOP, not content to alienate the majority of women, Latinos, gays, young, unemployed, minorities, poor, sick, immigrants, etc., etc., have now decided to write off what few their remaining Mid-Northeast Atlantic GOP members too? This is becoming almost farcical, though highly amusing, to watch this accelerating disintegration of the GOP as a viable major party.

Moron got reelected by 3 votes. That's 220 people that need a head examination.

The bill had more pork money in it than it had aide money.
Why do these idiots always add crap to a good bill that makes it bad.

The the culture of congress. No bill passes without pork. Thats how other members of congress get funding on their on initiatives. I don't agree with it either.
