Sr20det conversion

Hi has any one put a 'sr20det' in an E46?
Just wondering if you fabricated a new drive shaft to match up with the BMW diff or if you had every thing Nissan underneath

People have swapped 2jz's, anything is possible with enough money, but for what it would cost you would probably be better off doing an S54 swap

Thanks mate i have been looking at the N54 B30 I'm looking for something that will run about 300bhp but will also have a potential of about 550bhp
My aim is a show/ drift car
Can anyone recommend a good limited slip diff? And what ratio I should get?

Throw on an M3 rear subframe and diff, higher ratio and limited slip and costs less than most aftermarket LSD's
