Wow! You are either talented, ballsy or maybe some of both!

Have you painted before you decided to tackle the bumpers?

You're off to a great start.

Here's a couple pictures of my new exhaust. I know some people might not like it but it is a magna flow (American made),and let me tell u it sounds soo good and performs extremely well! It actually gave my brother second thoughts of keeping his UUC tse1 exhaust and putting magna flow instead. It sounds amazing, put it like this .. Kinda like a stock m3 but a bit more aggressive and also the rasp is still there sounds exactly like a m3 also I forgot to mention I didn't delete the resonator but I plan to so I'm sure once I do that it will sound and perform a lot more.also I do have headers.(eBay) just watch out when u purchase ebay headers for the sensors on the headers will have to be cut and moved to a different location cuz they will not clear our e46s.

Hah! Yeah tell me about it ,when its dark out I could barely even see through the front windshield & the 6000k lights don't make it any better, but from the outside it looks so good! And over here in San Diego cops seem to be super strict with window tint.

So you can see the ride height , I wasn't too happy with just springs for the drop

So I decided to purchase some D2 coil overs, best bang for your buck.probabley just a couple hundred more bucks then the spring/shock upgrade .but well worth it!as u can see the drop is lower then b4

So I enjoyed the wheels when they were 81/2 & 91/2 but I wanted that wider look so I decided to refinish the wheels and also purchase a bigger lip for the rear 4" in the rear and I used my old lips that were on the rear and put them on the front so I only had to purchase a set for the rear .
What I ended up doing was powder coating the barrel flat black ,powder coated the face textured/wrinkled black, and kept the chrome lip/rivets.

And of course the problem that everyone runs into when they are trying to go wide..

There's always a solution to things..
What I did was roll the quarter panel out as much as I could without caring if the paint cracked. As long as the wheel cleared that's all that mattered.

I had to add a bit of body filler on the rear bumper to compensate for the quarter panel,as u can see it matches up very well now.

Just some spot primer, don't mind the texture for it will be sanded down before paint.

As u can see the wheel clears now even in the weirdest angles .I def tested it before paint.

I really wanted to convert my existing moldings to m3 style moldings. as u can see in the pic the black moldings on there are a bit shorter on the front fender and the rear quarter panel. I would have mind converting them but the only thing that stopped me was not wanting to do body work on the front fenders as they needed to make the moldings look proper. o well lol

Started to sand down my front end to repair all the rock chips that built up over time. Nothing like a fresh front end..
started off with the front bumper..

front end sanded down with 320 grit..

front end sprayed with high build primer just incase if I accidently missed chips here and there. The primer can take care of minor nibs.

I just blended the color into the existing non damaged paint and clear coated the whole front end . The products I use is strictly PPG . By far the best paint manufacture I have experienced with. Ive tried alot of different manufacture ..DuPont/Glasurit/BASF/Sherman williams ..they are all pretty decent but have their ups and downs and as far as products and who has more to offer..PPG IS THE ONE!

Let me know what you guys think..
