How often do you get sick?

It's that time of year where everyone gets sick and calls out (pu$$ies)

Except me

Or try not too.

Do you have a weak immune system? Kids get you sick?

I feel like I may have a weak immune system. But I definitely don't eat as well as I should, and don't take any vitamins to make up for it. I get sick maybe twice a year. But I am allergic to dogs, so feels like I'm sick more than I actually am. If I'm good about my allergy meds though, I'm pretty good.

I hadn't been sick in about 5 years, then I had kids. They both got sick right after Christmas and have been coughing in my face, snot everywhere, fevers.....fortunately I've held up well so far. I've just had a sore throat and a cough, but haven't called in sick yet. I'm a fan of loading up on vitamins and supplements to boost my immune system during times when I feel like something is going around or my kids are sick.

Probably once every 2 years or so. I don't count a little cold as being sick since it doesn't really affect my life and I just sniffle a little.

Maybe 1x per year to year and a half, not counting the occasional cold or little sore throat.

It's pretty rare for anyone in my family to get sick enough to stay home. I have two kids, both of whom have good immune systems, I guess.

2-3 times a year, I definitely have an awful immune system. I'm ramping up my Vitamin C intake to hopefully boost it...

Once a year! Got hit by the flu, 2-3 days i'm fine again (during this time i'm still up and about). Exercise / Workout alot + multivitamins + healthy eating i think would help.

Use to never get sick.....

Then I became a dad....and also started work for a new company. Now I get sick way more than I like, had 4 sick days last year. Not sure if it is kid germs...or the building I work in (100 year old building with contractors demolishing sections of the building / complex.)

Been taking vitamins regularly, using hand sanitizer, and scheduled my flu shot this evening.

This is like one of those "what's your credit score threads" where everyone that gets sick is too ashamed of their inferior immune systems and just stays out of the discussion resulting in everyone seeming like they're super healthy.
