e46 convertible 318 passenger window problem

hi there everyone

my passenger window don't go up don't no why i brought the car about 2weeks ago

well here we go i opened the door shelf there was no fukin motor
don't no why so i went to buy 1 put it in and it only go's down not up
i push the switch go's down pull the switch still go's down so i thought it must be the motor so i put that motor in the driver side it works so now i know it works so put back to passenger same problem only down then i tryed the master switch push the button down it go's down now pull the switch up nothing happens

what can it be all the other window great just passenger.
