For our E46 M3 customers, we generally set them up with 245/35/19 tires in the front and 275/30/19 tires in the rear.-from sponsors

Anyone got any input on running 265/35/19 in back on E46 M3 instead of 275/30?

I wouldn't recommend a 265/35/19. It'll be too tall.

there is an optimum point where beyond it you are doing more negatives:

245/275 combo is maxed out for 19" competition rims and similar.

beyond going 245 fronts and 275 rears, you will notice:

-more bumps and road noise due to increased surface volume
-worse fuel consumption
-feel of heaviness at the get-go
