Is this body shop bargaining me?

because I have been in a car crash my insurance sent me to a body shop, first they had said they will install any additional parts to my car, for example: front end, side mirror caps, and flares. They had installed my bumper and side mirrors for free, but then when I bought the flares they said they will charge me 800$ to install them? Is it really that much to install flares and paint them? O.o

Oh my lord this is a tough crowd...just answer the damn question. To be honest that doesn't seem to bad, if they painting all 4 flares...front and rears, which is 200 each...
I think it should be closer to 600 if they don't have to prep it. Maybe this price is the result of the free mirrors and bumper installation. Good luck bro, and hope this helps a little...lol.

Well, I have TEIN Suspension so my car is low, and I also have 19" BBS on them (I think they are 19 Inch not sure. So I figured I'd get them flared so it wouldn't hit the fender for every dip I come across. Hmm, but I would probably take the M3 rear fender consideration.

Thank you!!! haha I was waiting for a response. All I wanted to know the right estimate or a close estimate of installing/painting them. Everytime Someone sees my car they say "Yea, the flares go good on them" because I flared my original fenders with a machine so it wouldn't scrape on the side (From the dent it had from someone hitting me there)

Well the original fenders they had flared them, but I'm pretty sure the fixed them when it was sent to the body shop.
The guy at the body shop said if I buy 7 inch flares (I think that's the right size they told me) they would cut off the original fenders and wield the 7 inch flares making it look like a wide body or something like that

Whoops correction:

Inside dimension is 24 width x 15 height ( inches )
Outside dimension is 29 width x 19 height ( inches )
2.0 - 2.5 inches wide

It will look awful. But with welding and painting involved. The money sounds about right. Maybe even too reasonable.
