Where to get CSL boot lid for M3???

I've been looking for a CSL lid for a while now and am not really sure which one to go with.. I don't really want carbon fiber. I'd rather have the fiberglass/plastic one to keep the clean csl look to the car. Don't have the money to spend on an OEM csl lid however..

Where do you guys suggest I buy one from?

I found the one in the link below on modbargains but am not sure on fitament or how it would look in person. anyone on here buy one from modbargains before and have an opinion on it?

my car is light silver and I have carbon fiber kidney grilles and side vent grilles so I thought about maybe buying a carbon fiber csl lid and painting the whole thing silver like my car and leaving the tip of the csl lid exposed carbon fiber. But, that also seems like alot more work & money spent especially when the painting process comes into play...

they have the VIS csl trunk. he said $640 shipped to me. anyone have any experience with this guy?

I'm leaning towards the VIS one now because I've heard good things about fitament and the price is decent....

The modbargains one doesn't have the exact same shape as the oem csl trunk lid so I'm for sure not buying that one. The VIS is almost identical to oem csl.

That is correct. There is a big difference between the modbargains trunk and the others. Modbargains reuses the factory trunk handle while other trunk manufacturers copy the oem csl trunk and dont have that option. However, I have read both good and bad reviews on the VIS. It just depends on what batch you get.

Dont forget to check out Status Gruppe, they make a csl trunk and from what I heard has pretty good fitment
