Maybe slightly off the meaning of this thread, but me being bi-polar sure ****s me up sometimes. I've had episodes of being in a hole for months at a time.

I don't get very sick, just the occasional cold/flu twice a year; in spring and winter.

Hardly, only when I get a flu shot so I never get one now and rarely get sick.

Rarely, although I was just sick recently over New Year's. That was probably my 2nd illness in the last 10 years, and it disappeared very quickly.

I take zero precautions - no flu shot, no sanitizer, no avoiding sick people. I'm either lucky, or my immune system has lots of healthy practice.

haven't been sick in 10 years I've learned that I only get sick if I don't get enough sleep so if I even think that my immune system is getting compromised I make sure I get plenty of sleep so as not to get sick

As soon as you get that dry irritated feeling in your throat that usually happens right before a cold, start popping Cold Eeze. Your cold will last for a day and go away and be practically just a runny nose. Sh!t works.

Other than getting the chicken pox twice when I was a kid, I would literally *never* get sick. Until about 8 years ago, when I found out I was a type 1 diabetic :/ Ever since then, I get sick on average about 2-4 times a year, every year, and it SUCKS. Never learned how to deal with being sick as a kid or teenager, so now with being sick along with the diabetes on top of everything, it really screws up my program. Fml.
