NCCAR in your sig?

The two main ones in Hampton Roads are http://www.tidewatersportscarclub.com and http://www.odr-scca.org, both of which hold most of their events at Pungo airfield (small and poor condition concrete lot, which is still a lot of fun). You'll generally see similar groups show up to both clubs' events - combined, there's about one event every 2 weeks from March-ish to Nov-ish.

Out towards the Richmond area, http://www.vmsc.org often has events at VMP, which is a much better venue (and RIR too, maybe?).

yep mine was my first car and I can't seem to get rid of it, mechanically its pretty run down, needs a new drivetrain.... but it looks good enough to save itself from just being scrapped...

Haha, same boat. Mine was my first too, and eventually gave in to abuse and neglect as other cars came along. I had high hopes for bringing it back to glory, but ended up having its clean body scrapped with three loose m10's tossed into cabin.

Everything was going smoothly today until I got to the FCAB replacement. I got the carriers off but the rubber part that holds onto the control arm is stuck. I have no idea how to get it off so I can put the new ones on.

I used a dremel and cut the piece off. Callin it for today, I'll do the coolant flush and wash it tomorrow.

Anyone else check out the hampton roads auto show? I went today. BMW didnt have a huge spot but it was still nice to see what the car companies are putting out.

Got the heater cores replaced in the 4Runner yesterday. Only took 8 hours.

Also got the new wheels to throw on the 328 to get it up for sale, but need to get two tires swapped out. Anyone have any (good) CHEAP places to get them mounted? preferably close to Norfolk, or around Portsmouth

Swapping tires on the style 44's tomorrow. Putting them on the 3 and washing it. Taking photos and posts will be up tomorrow evening.

Adjusted controls to my liking. Reinstalled intake tubes. Now all I need is a brembo master and a quick shifter. Stomp grips and lightweight battery ordered already.
