Help with regular maintenance

I'm going to change my oxygen censors for regular maintenance, my question it's which one should I need to change. I know it's pre-cat and post-cat. Thanks

The pre-cat sensors need to be changed it 100,000 miles. The post cat sensors do not affect emissions.
