Yep, I've been having this for lunch at work about 3 times a week. Quite an upgrade from my usual PB&J

Forgot to say that I put in 2 scoops of vanilla whey. I'm also heading to a kickass burger place for lunch, so there will be plenty of protein to be had there.

I need to start making some kale shakes. I don't eat enough veggies.

It gives it a good green color and you barely taste the kale. I've used spinach or spring mix in the past and it's the same thing. I typically throw in some celery and carrots, too, but we're out of them.

Haven't really eaten anything this weekend because of my strict diet and my lack of motivation to cook.

Finally made something good today though. Marlin steak with sauteed tomato, garlic, fresh green onions and lime and garnished with cilantro and a side of fresh parmesan tomato bread with a homemade bruschetta. Mmmmmmm

After falling off the bandwagon, I'm back to trying to be healthy.

Break:
Sammich: smoked turkey, Swiss and lettuce

Snack: banana

Little bit of an upgrade on my previous stir fry post...

Made ginger beef from scratch and it was unreal.
