Xenon lights flash. need help!

I have the stock xenon headlights in my car and when I turn them on and while I'm driving, both headlights will flash at random but at the same time. Idk what is wrong with them and I don't know to much about xenon lights; any ideas On what is wrong and how to fix them would be much appreciated!

Its probably your ground to the tailights, that's what I had wrong with my car, or your ballasts

Okay where's the ground for the taillights at on the car?

I found out what was wrong with them! I was checking the bulbs in my tail lights and I realized that they had different bulbs than one another. So I replaced all the bulbs with the right bulbs and Bingo! No more headlight flash!

Your tail lights affected your xenons?

Yea, you know how on most cars brake lights it has the double filament in the bulb so one is on while your parking lights are on and then when you hit the brakes the other one lights up to, to make it brighter. Well in my tail lights I saw that the right side had a double filament bulb in the brake light spot and on the left side it was a single filament so I had some one hit he brakes to see what one was wrong and surprisingly on my car the single filament bulb actually glowed brighter than before while the double filament didn't do anything. The other filament didn't even come on. So I bought the right bulbs for my tail lights and ever since then My headlights quit flashing; I would assume it was beacuse of the tail lights, otherwise that would be a pretty big coincidense.
