And you didnt need to be a stalker and look up info, call my house phone, threaten to harm me which is a joke (come yourself if you want to talk in person I will gladly :) btw it's a different address or any of the other things you did. The woman was not my wife, it was my mother who you stressed the **** out and daddy didn't buy my M3 I did. So that should clear up everything. I didn't drop off the earth, I work 10-12 hours a day and am usually busy, and even told you it wasn't a supersprint product right when I got it. You took things to an extreme and you never know whose on the other side of the computer buddy. Oh yeah you messed up the spelling on my last name

I never threatened to harm you, not sure where you got that. And also, I was very kind to your mother. I apologize that she was stressed stressed out by the situation, but honestly, had you answered a text once in 4 days, she wouldn't have been involved.

looks like it was cut, repaired then welded with a newer pipe.. but not all the way around - just a portion of it.

OP - things should've been handled behind closed doors first. I understand the frustration but patience is a virtue. You slandered someone who clearly has a genuine concern for not following through

I don't care if the pipe was made by Tonka, m3tiag didn't ship in a timely manner and he didn't return calls or emails. Stop the shipment? That would be a bush league move and further damage your reputation here. Stress out your Mother? Something tells me you've exposed her to this kind of thing before.

Tonka would be an upgrade, it looks like a 4 year old welded that. I see you live in atlanta. Care to discuss this in person? And my reputation? I personally don't care, 90% of the post on here aren't m3 related (I see you have a 325i.) If you know me personally, you know I'm a legit buyer/seller, and have a fantastic reputation.

I didn't release any of his information, others pulled it from his thread. You also have to understand, I made the first post after 3 days of no response while my car is in the shop racking up a storage bill.

actually, doing this would make it worst for you. he could maybe press charges for the willful and malicious destruction of property.

either way, even if the item was not in good condition. i don't see what's so hard in contacting him and telling him that you are sending it back. i still think you are in the wrong for agreeing to "trading at the same time" and not following through with it on your side (even though you probably would have been on the short end of it).
