M3 navi screen not working??

Hi, I'm having a problem with my M3 E46 , well i don't use it often maybe like twice a month, and when took it out, I realized that the screen isn't working, I press everything and nothing happens.. Only when I turn on the lights, the lights inside the buttons light up , that's it.. And the controls from the steering wheel used to work from about a month ago, but now there's nothing.. Please help on how to fix this.. I would take it to a shop but it would have to stay a whole day there, and as I am busy with work, I can't take it to the shop and then back home on the same day, and I don't like having my M3 staying in a shop for a night. So please help me if you can or at least if you can tell me what's the problem.. Thanks!

Well, I tried it, the fuses didn't work but the battery did, but its not a whole fix, it only made the radio work, but the screen isn't working, and also im able to take a cd out now, I couldn't before I did that trick, I still can't listen to anything but the radio. Buttons still don't work, but its better than having nothing to listen to! Thanks!

I had my navigation computer die, which causes a blank screen with intermittent flickering. If you have a friend close by with a M3 ask to plug their computer into your car to verify. Its very quick and easy.

Is the screen on, but blank, or completely dead?
