Like I said I don't plan on having a bang feat or anything just wondering whether it is ok or not ok to be in contact with your ex's considering that many of my friends seem to be still friends with their ex's

if friends means being fb friends and not talking then yes. This is what I am with my ex. I could block her and unfriend but that would seem like I care which I don't. Other than maybe her seeing me now in better shape and with a better looking girl lol. I sound like a woman.

I really doubt violence is the answer to anything here but is it really necessary to go all out RAGE BLOCK RAGE BLOCK? Seems extreme. I don't really pay attention to 90% of the stuff on Facebook. I just like many pictures posted by BMW //M-Power

But that other 10% will kill you. You are not 100% over her because if you were you'd want to have nothing to do with her. You wouldve decline her request instantaneously. In reality, you Do want to add her and you just wanted to hear someone say its ok to do so.

To answer your question, yes it is necessary to rage block all the way. You are only digging yourself a hole to headaches/heartaches if you add her. Don't believe me? Go ahead and add her...but don't say I didn't warn you.
