Lowering springs on stock shocks?

Got a E46 FL touring that needs some less ground clearance.
There will be no stretch, poke, sparks or other fancy stuff. Just a bit lower.
So, should i
A) get a set of springs and use the stock shocks
B) get at set of springs and shorter shocks?

how many miles? if more than 50,000k, buy new struts and springs.

They got around 10k on them.
Thought on it a few minutes and bought Supersport Black Evolution coilovers.

You must get at set of springs and shorter shocks. This will ensure your safety and you desired destination.

any recommendations for budget Struts? I'm in the same boat, bought some lowering springs not trying to spend much though just want the drop and a little better handling for my daily driver
